I'm Konstantin Timm — founder, interim CFO and investor. I combine entrepreneurial experience with clear financial leadership, transactions and long-term structural thinking.

I have built companies, raised capital and supported an exit. That is why my work is grounded in decisions I have had to make myself.

I know the responsibility behind the numbers from first-hand experience: in 2015, I co-founded Kale & Me and helped build it over ten years as founding CFO. The team grew to around 40 people. I led financial planning and raised multi-million-euro financing rounds with investors including Global Founders Capital and Rocket Internet.

In 2025, as interim CFO of FULLY AI, I financially supported its sale to Circus SE through closing. Through KORT Group, I am also building a portfolio of investments and advisory mandates. I help entrepreneurs think strategically about ownership, holding and long-term wealth structures — including the interplay between operating businesses, holdings and foundations. Legal and tax implementation is handled together with specialist advisers.
